Nutrition & Lung Health: Protein bar question

Are protein bars as good as shakes? I cant afford protein powder at the moment and even if I could I like the convienience of bars as I can munch them in class. Specifically I have a bunch of "bio protein" bars containing a protein blend of: whey protein concentrate, soy protein isolate, milk protein isolate, roasted soybeans and egg albumen. ( I dont know what half that shit is so I dont know if its good).

Are these ****ers any good or did I get scammed?

Protein bars aren't the best source of protein, but I'd say go with it if it's all you've got. Usually they're best used only when in a tight situation, short on time, etc.
