Just eat good clean food don't really need supps...multi vit w/ extra C is all u need
eat every 3 hours that's the key

Flank steak
Chicken
Salmon
Tuna
Turkey
Egg whites
Carbs:
Oatmeal
Yams
Brown rice
Whole Wheat pasta....don't go crazy
brocc
asparagus
Fats:
flax seed
Olive Oil
almonds
peanut butter
I would gain the weight slow 1.5lbs per week too fast you'll store alot of fat....keep reasessing ur diet after 30 days
