You lose seven f-cking pounds in a week! But hey, I guess it's normal to have a bad week every once in a while. But not that bad.
I was seriously over worked from my job, so workouts were lagging pretty bad. I decided to take a week off and rest up, but I think I rested a bit too much. If I wasn't at work, I was sleeping. and I only ate 2 meals while i was at work...and they weren't even that great. Then I got a tooth infection halfway through and only ate maybe one larger meal a day for four days.
So now the sweling is down in my tooth, work is back to normal, and I'm back at the gym. Today was by far the worst chest workout ever. I only did 10 sets before I felt burned out. Other regulars at the gym even commented on my weak lifts

Oh and just to make is worse, the hot chick who works at the counter quit and they replaced her with a not so hot chick.
Now I'm pissed off and force-feeding myself
